Carisbrook

Carisbrook comprises 8.844 hectares for our proposed new retirement village which has a potential capacity for up to 120 residences. A small part is to be acquired by Council for the construction of the Raglan Street extensions. The Planning Committee undertook a rigorous selection process for the Architectural firm to complete a master plan for the site with this work now well underway.
